SKILLS REQUIRED • Sound knowledge in SQA concepts, methodologies, tools and technologies. • Sound knowledge on object oriented concepts and programming. • Experience with preparing/maintaining QA artefacts (e.g., test plans, test cases, and automated scripts). • Experience in all phases of the software and testing lifecycle, inception through deployment. • Experience in Mobile Automation with at least one of these technologies (Appium, Monkey Talk, groovy, Xamarin). • Should have good knowledge in SQL. • Working experience in Agile/Scrum environment. • Experience in UI test automation using open source tools such as Selenium. • Experience in testing middle tier and service oriented architectures using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Groovy and SoapUI. • Sounds knowledge in test frameworks Junit, TestNG. • Good knowledge in test driven development. • Ability to setup CI with Jenkins. • Practically used Git, SVN repositories. • Build management using Maven, Ant, Gradle or Visual Studio Team system. • Familiar with JIRA, pivotal tracker. • Performance Testing using JMeter, Loadrunner will be an added advantage. • Having an experience with cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure / AWS is added advantage. • Working experience in Linux environments. • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any other related degree. • Around 3 – 4 years of industry experience including • Good communication skills in written and verbal. • Professional certification such as ISTQB would be an added advantage.
